AIM

The Achievement in Music Program (AIM) is non-competitive curriculum that is developed and administered by Illinois State Music Teachers Association(ISMTA). It is an engaging and inspiring program for students that aims to build strong performance and technical abilities while fostering a deep understanding of music theory.

The AIM program comprised of 14 levels of achievement for piano students. Students are recognized with a pin for passing the theory exam and a certificate for passing both the theory and performance exam.

Separate AIM programs have also been written for voice and strings.
